Shipping policy

Made to order. Nothing is pre-stocked. Each item is printed after you order by one of our production partners, and different items in one order may be made and shipped by different partners, so you might get more than one package with separate tracking.

Production time. Most items are made within 2–5 business days of your order; some items can take up to about 7 business days. Production can take longer during peak seasons (from mid-November through December, and around Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Father's Day). The day you order doesn't count, and weekends and holidays don't count.

Delivery time. Shipping time is on top of production time. Within the US, most orders arrive 2–8 business days after they ship. International orders usually arrive 5–20 business days after they ship, and some destinations can take longer. The estimate shown at checkout is the best guide for your address. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed once a package is with the carrier.

Carriers. Orders ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or a local postal partner, chosen by the production partner. FedEx can't deliver to PO boxes.

Where we ship. We ship to the US and most countries worldwide. We can't ship to Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Ecuador, or the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, and shipping to some other countries may be limited or paused because of carrier or postal suspensions. International orders may owe customs duties or taxes, paid by the recipient.

Shipping costs. Calculated at checkout.

Discreet packaging. Orders ship in plain packaging with no print-partner branding. The shipping label shows our store name or a generic sender such as "Fulfillment Center", and any packing slip shows your order, not prices.

Discreet billing. Your card statement will show "LAYMELA".

Tracking. You'll get an email with tracking once each package ships.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your address. Packages returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped only at your cost.
