Welcome to Laymela Underground (laymela.com). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. 18+ only. This site sells adult humor products. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use this site or buy from us. By ordering, you confirm you are.

2. Products. Our designs are printed on demand by independent production partners, and one order may ship from more than one partner. Colors, placement and materials can vary slightly from on-screen mockups. Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

3. Orders and pricing. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, a pricing error or suspected fraud) and will refund you in full if we do.

4. Payment. Payment is taken at checkout. Your statement will show "LAYMELA".

5. Shipping, returns and refunds. See our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which are part of these terms.

6. Our designs. All designs, text and images on this site belong to Laymela Underground. Please don't copy, resell or reproduce them without written permission.

7. Using the site. Don't misuse the site, try to break it, or use it for anything illegal.

8. Liability. Products are provided as described. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item.

9. Privacy. How we handle your information is covered in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted here applies to your order.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
